NO CLEANING FEES.
CHECK IN AFTER 3pm ONLY, (unless prearranged with host). VERY LATE Check In is FINE. 😊
Just off of East Flamingo, 15 minutes from the Strip & Airport. Quick, easy access to Freeway, Boulder Hwy, Shopping, Fast Food, Restaurants, Theaters, & Bus System.

I am doing kitchen renovations and working on landscaping. I am literally doing all the labor myself and it takes time. Thank you for your understanding.
The Guestroom is a Cozy little 10' x 13' Downstairs room with new flooring, a Brand New Queen Size bed, mini fridge, microwave, Kurieg Coffee Maker, 40" Cable TV, WiFi and its own Private Full Bathroom Inside the guestroom.
I do Photography on the side and the main room downstairs is one of my studios so there may be wardrobe racks and props as well as building materials, tools.

I have lived in Las Vegas Since 1970.
I am an Artist by birth and a Photographer by passion. I have a nice home which is also my Photography Studio just off of East Flamingo, 15 minutes from the strip. It has a Nice Little Guestroom Downstairs with its own Private Full Bath.
Some reviews say, "the house is under construction" this is because they dont know the difference between construction and Renovation. The house was built neary 50 years ago in 1970. Yes I am adding a new flooring in the studio, & kitchen areas ONLY, (kitchen floor almost done)
and renovating the kitchen. I am also working on the landscaping on the front and side yards so currently there is Zero curb appeal. I apologize but I am doing all of this work mysel and I am not as young as I used to be. Thank you for your understanding.
