Fantastic Sea view, holiday apartment (air con, WIFI and TV...) large lighted pontoon on which you can eat (with barbecue), deckchairs to relax, a private kayak to observe marine life.

Dining in front of the apartment as close as possible to the sea on the large lit pontoon, the only one in Eden, and admiring the fish, turtles and birds coming to fish in the evening remains a unique moment.The apartment (80) is air-conditioned. It features a living room, a fully-furnished American kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom. There is a grass terrace right in front of the house as well as a dock.
In the living room, there are 2 chairs with a modern design that will ensure a relaxing moment.
Other services are Cable TV, with a bunch of international channels, WIFI throughout the apartment and in the garden.
In case of rain, you can use the veranda furnished with bamboo.
For a restful night, the apartment is provided with shutters and blackout curtains, a 2mX2m canopy bed with quality bedding, the 3rd bed is a real bed (1.90X90).
Each resident is entitled to the facilities of the Island that include tennis, gym, idyllic beaches, swimming pools, ping pong, billiard, and game rooms.

I sanitize frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs.
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by international health organizations and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.
I clean each room following detailed cleaning checklists.
I offer additional cleaning products, so that you can clean the accommodation during your stay.
I follow local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning instructions.

Our apartment is located on the island of Eden (56 hectares), the island is 15 minutes from the airport and linked to Mahé by a bridge.

On the island in the area reserved for residents and near our apartment (between 150 and 500m):

To receive our guests, I set up a cleaning and sanitation protocol for my apartment.
The Seychelles tourism services came to check and I obtained the "safe tourism certificate" for my apartment.
Between rentals the apartment is disinfected, the linen and pillows are cleaned at high temperature (pressing).
With my husband we live in the Seychelles, we remain available in case of need.
We love to receive visitors and tell them about Seychelles.
During our trips, our assistant takes over.
