Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Entièrement rénové, ce logement dispose d'une chambre et d'un canapé convertible très confortable pour un séjour à 2 ou en famille. (2 adultes et 2 enfants)

Notre maison est située en plein coeur du centre ville, juste à côté de la place de la mairie et de l’horloge, dans une rue à sens unique calme et peu passante, avec un jardin sans vis à vis. La localisation est idéale pour visiter la ville à pied et profiter des commerces du centre ville à proximité (boulangerie, chocolaterie, cave à vin, bar à vin, restaurants, boutiques etc.).
