A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? Csendes, nyugodt kis utcában található, egész napos ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. A konyha, étkező szép világos, kellemes látványt és hangulatot áraszt. Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
