Σπίτι στο ισόγειο ενός καινούργιου κτιρίου σε μια ήσυχη συνοικία των Καταπόλων μόλις 400 μέτρα από το λιμάνι. Λίγα μόνο λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα μαγαζιά και τις παραλίες των Καταπόλων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πλυντήριο ρούχων και κατάλληλο για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια. Έχει υπέροχη θέα τον κάμπο των Καταπόλων και το βουνό της Αρχαίας Μινώας. 56 τ.μ. με δυο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, σαλόνι, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μεγάλη όμορφη βεράντα. The house is located in the traditional settlement of the port of Katapola, just 100m off the dock and main street of the village. The 120m² autonomous house consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a equipped kitchen and a spacious yard, ideal for relaxing moments.The view will satisfy even the most demanding visitor as it combines the port and the mountain. Mrs. Sofia will welcome you with her warm smile and assist you with whatever you may need, offering you a taste of Amorgian hospitality.

Ο χώρος μας 60τ.μ.,βρίσκεται μόλις 2 χλμ από την παραλία των Καταπόλων. Αυτή η πανέμορφη κατοικία παρέχει χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον. Αποτελείται απο ένα σαλόνι με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι ή δυο μονά κρεβάτια , στον ίδιο χώρο υπάρχει κουζίνα με air condition και μπάνιο. Τέλος υπάρχει μια μεγάλη βεράντα με παγκάδες και θέα στην θάλασσα!

Ένα σπίτι που υπόσχεται ηρεμία, ξεκούραση και ένα παράθυρο στους όμορφους και γραφικούς δρόμους του Καμαριού .Ανακαινισμένοι χώροι με προσωπικότητα που παρέχουν όλες τις ανέσεις στους φιλοξενούμενούς τους. Το ήρεμο χωριό ,διακρίνεται για το δροσερό κλίμα του και το ήσυχο περιβάλλον του είναι κατάλληλο για οικογενιακές διακοπές ή και για εργασία εξ' αποστάσεως. Φυσικά φιλοξενεί άνετα παρέες ατόμων που θέλουν να γνωρίσουν το νησί , αν και συνιστάται η κατοχή οχήματος.

Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος 60τμ είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας. Στην Αιγιάλη 25 μέτρα από την παραλία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο με καφετέριες, μπαράκια και ταβέρνες. Λίγα μέτρα από Super market, Α.Τ.Μ, συγκοινωνίες, εμπορικά. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και μπορεί να υποδεχθεί μέχρι 6 άτομα. Αν και δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο λίγο πιο πέρα υπάρχει δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Μεγάλη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Fishermans Cabin Amorgos

A small private house at the end of the main port of Amorgos island named Katapola. The beach is right in front of the house. As far we can go in time, it was the cabin of my Grand grand grand father who was a fisherman, as was my grand father and my father too. They spend all the time there from April to November and the sea was at the doorstep were they had their boat and their nets. The house was totally renovated at 2012.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στην ομορφότερη περιοχή των Καταπόλων, το Ξυλοκερατίδι, έχει νότιο προσανατολισμό και απέχει 30 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Παρότι σε κεντρικό σημείο, το χαρακτηρίζει η ησυχία. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.
