The north wing of a beautiful ‘A Listed’ Lairds House located within an exceptionally charming small Scottish country estate . Ardovie is a beautifully private and peaceful location which allows the perfect escape from it all yet is also well located for access to the coast and glens. The estate is quite the hidden gem and has a wonderful selection of woodland walks . The boating pond and walled garden are definitely worth seeing to enjoy the true tranquillity of the property.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the East Angus Coast and our stunning Angus Glens.. The seaside town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away. Golf Courses and Fishing on your doorstep or a short drive away.Fishing trips and trips to the famous Bellrock Lighthouse can be arranged. Arbroath has its own Cinema and Theatre and boasts lots of lovely Cafes and Restaurants. Train and Bus Station in town.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees.
