With a fully enclosed garden making it safe for children and pets. A peaceful location to relax and unwind. The village pub is within walking distance serving delicious food and is also dog friendly. St Cyrus beach, Lunan Bay, The blue door walk at Edzell and Dunnottar Castle are a few of the places to visit.

The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. There is a unique feature light created by Scotland’s “Blazing Blacksmith”. It is a detached stone-built dwelling in its own walled-drive with parking space and mounted charger for electric cars. Located in attractive rural Perthshire village (13 miles from Dundee) close to Cairngorms, Angus Glens, Perth and Dundee.

A twenty minute drive takes you into the Angus glens which boast some of the best walking and climbing destinations in Scotland. Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.
