This special Beach Suite was completed in 04/2022 and is unique in its direct location by the sea and its perfect and stylish furnishings. The apartment is 73m², has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen-size beds (160cm) and 2 bathrooms. There are a total of 4 terraces, including a community roof terrace, equipped with a bar and lounge seating. On the main terrace, Jacuzzi pool of 3x2m, outdoor shower, barbecue. All outside facilities in the groundfloor are exclusive only for users of our Beach Suite.

Helios & Selene

Where the Sun meets the Moon, you will find the villa, Helios & Selene. Helios (Sun) & Selene (Moon) is resting on a peaceful hill overlooking the Aegean Sea and Paros Island. Your tranquil location is surprisingly accessible at only a 20 minute drive from the port and town center, 15 minutes from the airport and only a few minutes from some of the finest beaches on the island. Each morning you will wake up to the sounds of birds and open your eyes to the breath taking views of the sea and sky.

Satsi’s Cozy Casa-2 min from the beach&town

Beautifully renovated retro home with all the modern conveniences, located in the pretty area of Aghia Anna on the hill over the entrance to the Parikia harbour. Only meters away from the lively traditional settlement of Parikia with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, this is an ideal place to stay - close to everything, yet removed from the bustling life of town. Enjoy browsing the shops, swimming at one of the many beaches and return to your own private paradise at the end of a day.

Melatio Countryside

Melatio Countryside is a lovely, peaceful house right next to Naxos town, about 7 minutes driving. It is located inside a biger farm and offers amazing view. It is suitable for 1 up to 3 people. There is one bedroom, one kitchen-living room and one bathroom. There is also a large space outside and a table for you to relax! The location is very convenient since it's just a few minutes from the city centre but also in a private, quite area. Let us know if you need any help with booking a car!

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

All amenities within 5-10mins walking distance.
