The wooden cottage is located in slovenian countryside, surrounded by hills, green meadows and preserved natural forests. The house is carefully arranged for a comfortable stay. The whole house and its interior is a unique handmade work. There is an Outdoor Wellness with wood burning sauna and a hot tub provided. It stands just a few steps from the house and It is all yours during your staying. We welcome especially lovers of nature and peace who come to us for a break and a holiday.

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Unser idyllisches Haus am Waldrand bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Weinberge und absolute Privatsphäre, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Entspanne in der Hängematte oder genieße Abende am Feuer. Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreichst du Buschenschanken und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem. Dank der Lage an der slowenischen Grenze ist das Haus ideal für Wintersportler, und die Umgebung lädt zu Rad- und Wandertouren ein. Perfekt, um Entspannung und Aktivurlaub zu verbinden.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus bist du mit dem Auto in ca 20 Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten der Süd- und Oststeiermark, Graz und Slowenien. Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet ein sicherer Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tretfahrzeugen und einiges mehr für eine unbeschwerte Zeit abseits von Trubel und Lärm. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
