Well, my recommendation would be for him/her to stay downtown, to live as a true Athenian in one of the coolest, most culturally vibrant areas of Athens! Well, can you think of something cooler than a fully renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms in Thiseio, located in a walking distance from everything you need to see in Athens?

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
