Our 1BR unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dgte City. This Unit is at the ground floor for ease access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons, a spacious washroom, kitchenette with fire protection & alarm system. Our location offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, with easy access to shops, restaurants, markets, schools, and key landmarks. You’ll be just minutes away from the city’s main attractions, yet still able to enjoy a peaceful and cozy environment.

150 meters to the sea. 300 m to Port Royal water park. 500 m to the sandy beach Melrose Beach. 1600 m to Robinsons Mall. 2600 m to the city center. The pool is on the neighboring property (D&D Resort) and can be used for a small daily fee of around $2 per person. The accommodation is located in a typical Filipino settlement. The WiFi has a high speed of 16.8 Mbps download and 3.33 Mbps upload. The normal Check-In time is between 15 pm and 20 pm. If other time is needed please ask Keith.

Beachfront views with a gateway to Apo Island and one of the best muck diving places in the area off our beach. Located in a gated, beachfront community consisting of a 48 square meter single bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Staff provided for cleaning weekly and assisting your needs. We have high speed fibre optic internet ( up to 300 mbps enterprise level), cable television, second story gazebo lounge, a sweet water pool (no chemicals/salt) and an outdoor grill center.

Chada na balay

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
