Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Luminous 58 m2 apartment, located in an old building. Just 10 minutes away from Gaudí's Sagrada Familia and a five minutes walk to the metro station (L5 Verdaguer). Capacity for four persons, ideal for couples or families. Common areas are super equipped: kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, Smart TV; one room with one double bed; one living room with sofa bed; and one bathroom. This ancient house, with classical architectural remains, was renovated and divided into six luxury one-bedroom apartments. Large windows, white micro-cement floors, designer furniture, a kitchen created by local cabinetmakers, together with the cabinets and work tables designed by the Corada Figueras architecture studio, give interior design criteria and personality. Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
