'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Self-contained studio flat in beautiful location

The Bedsit is attached to our beautiful Victorian family house, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kendal, hidden from sight within its own grounds, with a stunning garden. It has plenty of private parking and is only a short walk from the station - an ideal base for exploring the Lake District. The Bedsit is a private apartment, accessed through my costume workshop. We enjoy hosting visitors from all around the world, hoping that they will feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.

This modern apartment is a short walk to the city centre and amenities such as Dukes Theatre. A short drive from Morecambe (20 mins), Forest of Bowland (10 mins) and the Lake District (30 mins).

The apartment is a recent creation in a building occupied by a weaving business at the turn of the last century run by a lady designer named Annie Garnet. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a modern kitchen and shower room. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an opening 'Juliet' balcony facing towards the lake. It has its own reserved parking space and is just 200 yards from the centre of the busy village of Bowness and the waterfront of Windermere itself.

The Flat on Bath Street

A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

Scotty’s cosy central Bowness balcony & parking

Scotty's is located only a few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Windermere, beautiful Bowness Bay and the piers for the famous Windermere Lake Cruises boat trips. The village, with its bustling shops and eclectic mix of cafes, bars and restaurants, is right on the doorstep as are many local walks and tourist attractions. With private parking and its own balcony, this well-appointed one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to enjoy all the Lake District has to offer.

A delightful fully equipped first floor apartment for two. (A babe in arms is welcome) 1 small pet allowed The apartment is a minute walk to all the amenities of Cartmel which includes the Race course and the famous Michelin starred Restaurants. We are just far enough from the villiage centre to be peaceful and relaxing. Tea and coffee is provided together with a welcoming drink. We also provide a free permit for on street Parking just outside the front door.

Excellent location with pubs, restaurants and public transport all within 100 metre walk. Hodbarrow nature reserve and some fabulous beaches are all within a 25minute walk. The Retreat is a self contained flat attached to our main family home. A former Victorian Presbytery and formerly nunnery we have spent the last 5 years renovating and restoring the property both inside and out. Where possible we have replaced and sympathetically adapted the building to meet todays modern standards.
