Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Welcome to Bankson Lake! The water/fishing is great and the wineries are nearby! Try our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 9+. There are great wineries, breweries, and apple orchards close by and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. We have min 6 night stay for summer months that is strict unless dates are <3 wks out. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Shipshewana is a quick 15-mile drive away through beautiful Amish countryside.

Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property.
