Spacious ground level unit, vaulted living areas and covered rear patio provide lots of space for our guests to enjoy. BBQ on the back porch or enjoy the fully equipped spacious kitchen. Our home resides in Page, AZ in Ranchettes Estates on a 2-acre plot of horse property. We have plenty of room for parking, a quiet neighborhood, spacious room due to size of lot. Breathe taking views in every direction, especially of the Vermillion Cliffs to the west from the back yard. Easy access to surrounding grocery markets, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes' drive. Popular attractions such as Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend are within 10-20 minutes.

Pavlova's is an 1800 square foot state of the art dance studio with sprung oak floors, mirrors, ballet barres, yoga mats, therabands, and piano. The bathroom features shower, bidet, lighted mirrors and boutique amenities, refrigerator in studio.. Our atrium is enhanced with live foilage and spiral staircase decorated with candles for a romantic ambiance. The king size bed is comfy and roomy. My husband Gerry is a home coffee roaster. Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.
