COTC: Log Cabin Glamping

The Cabin on the Coulee is a lovely two story rustic log cabin on a complete section of land (640 acres - 250 ha) that overlooks a 200 acre Alberta coulee, making for an amazing view! It rents as a complete unit that sleeps up to 6 adults with a full bath on the main floor and a half bath upstairs. The cabin has a full sized refrigerator, range, a full kitchen (including dishes, cutlery and cookware), a propane gas BBQ, a wood stove, outdoor fire pits, high speed WiFi and a projector for movies.

Taste and See Country Cabin

A cabin located in our farm yard but separate from our home . Wonderful scenery, hiking, horseback trails ATV trails and hunting. Very quiet except for the odd coyote howling in the distance. Have had 1 guest to 12 (including children) at one time. Will provide meals (extra charge) but there is a complete kitchen to cook for yourself. 2 bathrooms - one with shower and the other with a jet tub. Our dog, cats, chickens and horses are available for petting or just admiring - up to you.

Snuggle Inn - Farm Stay Cottage

Enjoy a retreat to the country! The Snuggle Inn is a cozy 96 sq.ft. cottage with a rustic country theme. Complete with a woodstove and kitchenette where you can prep meals from local ingredients! Located on a small farm where we raise livestock and fresh produce. Experience the sights and sounds of a farm, like baby animals playing, a rooster crowing, and quiet country sunsets. *Please note: during winter the animals are tucked away at their offsite location and return in the spring!

Main floor suite-2 bedroom

This is a two-bedroom suite on the main floor with a furnished kitchen, living room, and bathroom that you can use exclusively. It is located on the peaceful east part of the town. It is close to the town center and Alberta Prairie Railway/Polar express. This is a 2-unit house with a basement suite with a separate entrance occupied by a long-term renter. Entrance to the basement is for emergency exit only or when laundry access needed. This house is built in 1965, floor may squeak.

Nice open concept cabin with amazing views! Great home with everything you need for a getaway. We have a beautiful outdoor space for playing games, fire pit, deck that wraps around 3 sides of cabin. BBQ, outdoor seating. For cool or too hot days, we have a projector screen with DVD player and Xbox, ping pong table, air hockey and lots of games. Just a short walk to the beach, Snak Shack for treats, disc golf course (frisbee golf), tennis/pickle ball courts, brand new playground.

Nordic Cabin w/ Private Sauna

At Hillwinds House, it’s all about taking a moment to disconnect from your busy life and reconnect with nature. Build a fire, read a book, brew some coffee, sweat in the sauna, soak in the hot tub (seasonally), prepare a nourishing meal, and watch the sun set over the valley in the west. We are excited to share our Alberta landscape with its beautiful sky, empty fields, and close up nature details. The 5 acres are filled with wildflowers, look closely and take a moment to enjoy.

The Lumberjack Cabin

Cozy up in this lumberjack-themed cabin with rustic wood paneling, plaid accents, and vintage logging décor for the perfect backwoods vibe. Sleeps 2 with 1 queen bed, complete with linens, towels, AC, fan, mini fridge, fireplace, and TV. Guests receive scan card access to a private bathroom with heated floors. Unwind in our hillbilly-style wood-burning hot tub (shared with one cabin), relax in the shared sauna, or refresh in the cold plunge at Prairie Junction RV Resort.

COTC: The Grouse House

The Cabin on the Coulee Grouse House is a special stay situated outside of a treed area near a prairie that overlooks 200 acre Alberta coulee, making for stunning views! It’s a cozy, off-grid, insulated mini-cabin. Powered by solar, this site features an indoor wood-burning stove, outdoor picnic bench, gas barbecue, outhouse with an outdoor shower, and outdoor firepit in a huge back yard. A double bed and pull-out futon make this an ideal stay for up to 4 guests.
