Situé au premier étage d’une maison traditionnelle, ce logement entièrement rénové dispose de 4 chambres confortables avec mezzanines et salles de bains privées, une cuisine équipée et une salle de séjour en bois très lumineuse avec vue sur les monts Bucegi et Craiului. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de douche, d’une vue sur la citadelle et d’un thermostat individuel. Situation centrale, centre de Rasnov accessible à pied, citadelle à moins d’un km, gare à10 min et bus pour Bran et Brasov.

Destinde-te în această locuință unică și liniștită ce se afla chiar la intrarea in Brasov cum vii dinspre Bucuresti. Acest apartament face parte din vila Hanul Anei, alaturi de alte 3 garsoniere. Apartamentul are intrare separata din exteriorul curtii si este impartit pe 2 nivele si are o capacitatea de 6-7 persoane. La parter se afla living open space cu bucatarie full echipata iar la mansarda se afla 2 dormitoare si o baie. pentru grup de 10-14 pers recomandam inchirierea integrala a vilei.

Gradina cu legume si curtea spatioasa insumand 500 mp creeaza o ambianta placuta . Dacă sunteți sătui de forfota și stresul orașului, vă puteți relaxa citind o carte pe șezlong sau pe terasa , făcând o binemeritată baie de aer și soare, iar seara puteți savura un pahar de vin pe terasă, într-o companie plăcută.
