We live on homes main floor so your safety and privacy will be assured . Separate entrance and privacy locked door between main floor and basement area. The Bin is a brand new tiny house finished in 2023. It's surrounded by fields in front & evergreens in the back, with a seating area outside. This tiny house is one of a kind. Build from an old grainbin. With its beautiful curved staircase going to the loft that sleeps 2 comfortably. It has fresh & light walls, a curved kitchen with all you need for a breakfast or a gourmet meal. Cozy breakfast nook overlooking the fields, with a table and two chairs, which also can be used as working space.

Sunrise House-Walkout Bungalow, backyard oasis.

Escape to your own private oasis in this luxurious walkout bungalow. Unwind in the backyard, complete with a hot tub (Weather Dependent). Also, dedicated workspace awaits you, stay active-spin bike, treadmill and free weights. Enjoy your own private entrance with a keypad deadbolt, and a locked door separating the upstairs/downstairs. The efficient kitchen is perfect for a quick meal with small appliances. 2 Guest Maximum, the unit is not suitable for children, no children are allowed to stay.

The Gnome Dome

For the ultimate in privacy and freedom this dome in an urban backyard has no equal. The Gnome Dome has (almost) all the features of a hotel room with none of the noise. The bed is suitable for one person only (1 meter wide) The backyard is an oasis where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.
