The cottage is perfect for those just wishing to escape the hustle and bustle and get back to nature away from the stresses and strains of everyday life it is the perfect location to recharge your batteries.  This is a truly enchanting place and we would be delighted to welcome you to stay.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

On your return to the cottage, relax in the deep, deep bath with a bottle of fizz, listen to vinyl on the record player or sink into the sofa and read a book. Just over 2 miles from Chagford, on the edge of the moor is Kestor, a stunningly beautiful Dartmoor Tor. Just half a mile from there is Brimstone Down and our beautiful Annex. With its fabulous outlook that catches the morning sunrise and views across Chagford and Castle Drogo. The Annex is completely self contained with open plan bedroom with fully stocked wood burner & patio doors into the garden. With private bathroom & kitchenette with fridge, induction hob & combi microwave.

Higher Lodge, Devon thatched cottage

Magical 300 year old thatched cottage, lovingly restored into the ultimate countryside retreat- pet friendly, hot tub, roll top bath and a stones throw from the local pub... Nestled in the historic village of Cockington, Higher Lodge was originally the gardeners cottage and a gate house to Cockington Court. Surrounded by 250 acres of landscaped gardens, woodland walks and only 5 minutes drive from the beach, this romantic hideaway is the perfect place to escape the every day.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
