Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas just 38 miles from Yosemite Natl Park, and 5 min from moccasin boat launch lake Don Pedro. Secluded on 47 acres, the newly built (2017) home is close to nature yet offers all the modern comforts. Outside you can enjoy activities in the mountains and lakes, or just relax and stargaze from the hot tub. The inside is spacious and tastefully decorated, including a modern gourmet kitchen and a luxe master suite with a fireplace and spa bathroom.

Underbed storage in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi and streaming on the television; central AC (cooler), and Level 2 EV charger (See other details to note). Car parking area: 3 in Summer & 2 in Winter. Relax with the whole family (Your dogs as well!) at this peaceful place to stay. You will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet reading time, game night, or some relaxing on the couches to enjoy the view of the Sierras. Dodge ridge ski resort is just 15 minutes away, and Yosemite National Park is just under 2hrs. In the summer there is fishing and hiking nearby.
