You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

East Room - Chatham Guest Rooms

This comfortable unit consists of a large bedroom with high ceilings and exposed beams, a comfortable sitting area, one queen-size bed, and a window seat. The East Room sleeps 1-2 people, and includes a private bath, air conditioning, a television (basic cable), a coffee maker, and a minifridge. Children accompanied by an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.

Rally Point Inn Standard Single

This guest room is located above our bar and allows for a full night’s rest after enjoying time at Patriot Place, Gillette Stadium, or the Xfinity Center. It's located above the bar, with a private entrance and 1 queen bed. See more amenities in the list below. This room is great as a getaway! You'll enjoy access to the pub (check out our karaoke and trivia nights!), free off-street parking, and a convenient location to major destinations to go with basic necessities like fast WiFi.

This quiet, peaceful room in Inman Square is a great choice for your next trip to Cambridge/Boston. It is centrally located—a 10-to-15-minute walk to Harvard, MIT, Central Square, and the tech companies around Kendall Square. Whole Foods, Koreana, S&S Deli, local microbreweries, and many more food options are within blocks. This private room shares a bathroom with one other room. Access to the kitchen and deck and also included. An economical “get away” in the heart of Cambridge.
