Dette feriehus ligger i ferieby med 52 huse, fordelt i 5 klynger. Der er fælles swimmingpool(husk håndklæder til udendørs brug), legeplads, fælleshus, et vaskerum, parkeringsplads, og affaldscontainer. Alle græsområder er fælles. Der må IKKE parkeres ved huset.
