Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! Blocks away from the bustling downtown and peaceful family friendly beaches, our home on a quiet street with a large inviting backyard will give you the vacation you need. The home is completely equipped for families or groups. There are restaurants, local coffee hangouts, parks, shopping, art galleries and the many unique businesses abound along Historic Highway 101 in Leucadia.

This 3 BR/2 BA dog-friendly house was remodeled and furnished specifically for guests. Comfortable seating areas inside and outside let everyone spread out and relax. With wifi, coffee and beach towels to surfboards and beach chairs, the house is stocked with many things to help you enjoy your trip.

The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
