Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, renowned for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
