Our cozy home offers the perfect mix of rustic appeal and modern comforts, surrounded by 6 acres of lush forest. Located near the Appalachian Trail, Nantahala Forest, and only minutes from Hiwassee Lake, this 2 bed/2 bath with extra loft is ideal for couples or small families eager to hike and explore. Read a book in the hammock, gather around the firepit, or relax in the hot tub gazing at the stars.

Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage in the woods.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
