The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Enjoy all the advantages of easy access to what the Chichester has to offer as well as the benefits of being within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants, Chichester Festival Theatre, the Cathedral, a short 3 mile journey to nearby Goodwood and only 7 miles away from sandy West Wittering Beach. It is also less than a 5 minute walk to Chichester's bus and train station should you want to visit more of the area without a car.
