Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a futon for additional sleeping.
