Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Brand new house built 2018 with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, 760 square feet. Conveniently located near Command Decisions paintball, Simms Country BBQ- The Molasses Festival, Red Cedar Farms Wedding Venue, Shadowline Vineyards, numerous hiking trails, and much more. 15 minutes to the heart of Hickory, 15 minutes to Lenior, and 25 minutes to Statesville

Little Blue Hickory Home

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Spend your time indoors, outdoors, in the lake, on the beach or in the canoe - something for everyone! Come visit us and enjoy a bit of "Lake Life!"

You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski and secure it to our dock. Relax and enjoy watching wildlife from your private deck. Hickory’s new River Walk (which winds through the woods)is directly across the lake. Charlotte, Asheville, and Boone are within one hour of the property.

Outside you will enjoy the propane grill and patio seating on a private lot. 2 animals welcome with a pet fee. We are compliant with health and safety guidelines for COVID-19.
