The eco-friendly property was built in 2015. It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden. The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Avec son grand jardin et une chambre à l'étage, ce chalet est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer au cœur de la nature. Les activités sont multiples en été : vtt, trail, randonnées, paddle, baignades au lac ou en rivière, grimpe et en hiver : ski, ski de randonnée, raquettes, patinoire.

The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.
