Eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 2.Stock unseres Apartmenthauses: 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ein Essbereich für 6 Personen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Inklusive WLAN, SmartTV. Ein KOSTENLOSer öffentlicher Parkplatz neben dem Haus. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Hauptstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ich bin als Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar da ich im gleichen Gebäude wohne.

Le logement se situe dans unimmeuble récemment rénové. Centre ville / proximité directe des commerces (boulanger, boucher, café, coiffeurs etc) et du château de Sierck. Composé : - d'une partie sejour avec banquette convertible 2p, penderie, Tv, table /bureau, salle de bain attenante. - d'une partie chambre avec lit 1p, kitchenette équipée Le logement est non fumeur. Le logement est au 3eme, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur= idéal pour parfaire son cardio ou entretenir sa forme ;-) Wifi inclus.

A cosy, charming studio ready to welcome you for your stay in Luxembourg! Located in Hesperange, a nice town in the Alzette river valley, surrounded by green spaces, just a short bus ride away from Luxembourg City. All the essentials are available (bed linen, towels, soaps, etc.), a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Note that the attic is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the access is via a narrow staircase that can be seen in the photos.

Charmant appartement de 75m2, lumineux et très tranquille, moderne, proche du centre ville. Luxembourg is a multicultural city that's why I answer you in the language of your choice. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Emplacement idéal à proximité des transports publics (bus 50 mètres, gare centrale à 1,5 km) et commodités (5 min à pied d'un supermarché, 25 min du centre ville). Bar et restaurants de qualités à proximité.

Très joli studio lumineux récent, indépendant pour une ou deux personne (s), tout équipé (à côté de notre maison) situé à quelques pas de la frontière Luxembourgeoise ( 5 min de Dudelange, 20 min du centre ville de Luxembourg (hors trafic) 15 min de la centrale EDF de Cattenom, 15 min de Thionville) Nous sommes également à 5 min de Kanfen et sa sortie/entrée de la A31 Un véhicule est nécessaire pour se déplacer car il n’y a aucun transport en commun qui dessert le village

Vous serez proche de toutes commodités : commerces, banques, restaurants, bars, supermarchés…

Stay Smart Luxembourg Dudelange

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. En plein centre ville, à deux pas des commerces, et des transports en communs. Notre appartement se situe juste derrière le parc de Dudelange et non loin de salles de sport et piscines. Possibilités de parking dans la rue ou sur parkings publics avoisinants. Néanmoins, vu le caractère central de l'appartement, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. Possibilité de louer un garage box fermé.

The room is on ground floor, accommodates 1-2 people , with private bathroom ( shower & toilet ) - NO KITCHEN - NO WASH MACHINE OR DRYER * PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that we live in a small village, there’s no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Everything is more convenient and accessible with a car . With bikes or on foot will take longer and less easy to reach shops etc… * Unfortunately, no pets are allowed

Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex. It’s on the top floor and separated from the rest of the apartment which guarantees you privacy.
