Blue Heron Tiny House

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Unit 1 Victorian Cottage Near Central High

This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

Cute little cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

The Cozy Nook @ Stifft’s Station

Perfect for those who appreciate a touch of vintage charm, this unit offers a cozy and intimate space. Snuggle up in the comfortable queen bed, prepare a simple meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and relax in the unique ambiance of this thoughtfully decorated unit. The large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The "Tiny Home"

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.

Stop in and rest at this unique getaway. Let your worries melt away as you take in the beautiful views of the pond from the covered porch. Take the kayaks out, enjoy the fire pit, watch the sunset or try some fishing. If staying in doors choose a video from the VHS/DVD collection.
