The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Pen y Maes Cottage Criccieth

A 200 year old stone cottage with original beams . Known in Welsh as ‘Ty Capel’ it was originally the caretaker’s house for the Baptist Chapel next door , now my home. The stream running through the garden is where Lloyd George , a former British Prime Minister was baptised . The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings with spectacular views towards Criccieth Castle and the sea /mountains of Cardigan Bay. The cottage has been decorated all through with new carpets everywhere.

This cosy one bedroom cabin , handcrafted from Welsh larch, is nestled in a peaceful and quiet location on the edge of Newborough forest. A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

Gwêl y Sêr (See the stars)

Nestled between the mountains and the sea is Gwêl y Sêr (see the stars). A beautiful cabin where you can switch off and listen to the sounds of nature. On dark nights in winter the milky way can be seen from outside, hence the name. The cabin is located in a central spot in North Wales, we are 2 miles from the closest beach and 1 mile from the mountains. We are also in a central location for access to both zipworlds, as well as close distance to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)
