Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee.
