It's conveniently located just a few minutes from freeway entrance, restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, pharmacy, etc. The master bedroom features a bathroom with large bathtub and walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. Fun amenities in lovely Yuma include: off-roading, leisure walks along the Colorado River, tubing, kayaking, nearby water park, movie theaters, dining, shopping, and more.

Escape to the peaceful beauty of Yuma with a stay in our cozy 144 sqft tiny house! This charming compact home offers the perfect blend of simplicity and comfort. Double gate entrance with parking for your vehicle behind it. Queen 5" Memory Foam Mattress in a cozy loft with the view of the nearby desert mountains. Loft is accessed ONLY by ladder so if you are uncomfortable with climbing up the ladder, balance or low loft sleeping quarters, TINY is NOT for you! Bath is a shower/toilet combo.

Kobe's Townhouse Close to Freeway

Super clean townhome located on a quiet neighborhood; contemporary furniture and high-quality beds; private covered garage and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the house. Private small backyard too. Close to Walmart (1.8 miles) and restaurants. Garage is available but won’t fit longer/taller than normal vehicles like long and tall pickups/SUVs. Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

Desert Place ABnB is located in the Yuma East Foothills. It is a 1 bedroom, fully furnished home. The bedroom has a queen bed, and two additional guests can use a queen size, pillow top, self-inflating, air mattress. There is a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/stove, and dining area. Enjoy a heated pool, and patio. Enjoy three golf courses in with a five-minute drive. Historic Downtown, with the Yuma, the Territorial Prison, Colorado River, are a 20-minute drive.
