A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Surrounded on two sides by park/field space, we're within walking distance of the popular RiNo district, City Park and more ! Once inside the shared back entrance of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, studio space featuring a kitchenette and a newly renovated, private bathroom.

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
