Relax in this private 1-bedroom downstairs mother-in-law apartment nestled at the base of Mount Baldy, in walking distance of downtown Eagle River, and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Anchorage. We have everything you need for your trip to Alaska. Be forewarned, you will most likely meet our Doodle (Nala) during your stay, it is a kid friendly household, and an old house with baseboard radiant heat. The house stays nice and warm, but during the winter the whole place crackles.

The guests will have their own space, including private entrance, living areas, kitchen, bathroom, it has 2 bedrooms, the first room equipped with queen size bed, second room has a single bed.
