Riverwood cottage, accessible accommodation

This beautiful cottage was built in 1916, and is rich in local history as it was part of a larger property used by MacRobertson chocolate company for timber production of wooden casks to hold maize syrup. This historical cottage situated on the Yarra river flats has been lovingly restored to accomodate guests requiring wheelchairs and the non-ambulatory. The property is just 3 minutes from central Warburton which allows visitors to enjoy all that the amazing Upper Yarra Valley has to offer.

We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. The cottage also has a wood fire for romantic and warm evenings in. Breakfast ingredients included. * Please note we do have another cottage with a spa bath that you can book separately.
