Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

(N. side of Guadalupe Mtn National Park) 1:20 to caverns. 1:45 to Guadalupe (peak) In the apartment stretch out and rest on the queen bed or have a seat and prop your feet up and enjoy a fire in the fireplace. Sit out on the porch, enjoy the peace and quiet. Birdwatch, enjoy the stars in the clear sky, no city lights.
