This condo is perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway. It’s a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms second floor condo at Dolphin Villas with a great location, about 1.5 miles from the beautiful beaches with the public beach access. A plenty of restaurants are very close (Tacky Jack’s, Oyster House, Lulu’s...)There’s a grocery store and Walmart very close also. You can go to the near by watepark, visit the Wharf or Fort Morgan, go to Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, OWA or spent the day relaxing on the beach.

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
