Second story apartment is a newly renovated space over hosts' garage (guests must be capable of climbing one flight of spiral stairs). It has a full kitchen (Including dishwasher), full bath (shower only - no tub), nice sized bedroom with queen bed and closet. Second story large private deck. NO DIRT ROADS TO PROPERTY! Adults only and (sorry!) no pets.

The shower and bathroom are small (may be uncomfortable for people over 6 feet). Works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, and bird watchers. Includes everything needed for a short or long-term stay.

Attached all new remodeled Luxury Guest suite in Sierra Vista AZ. Private entrance and private living quarters with a full kitchen that is stocked with all the needed dish/cookware. Fire pit (local fire restrictions permitting). Great central location near Patagonia, Bisbee, Tubac, Tombstone etc. Green friendly outdoors. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with dual vanities (and a half bath), an amazing kitchen, dining, and living space, and high-speed Internet, our home is ideal for two or three couples or a family getaway.

Sky Island Retreat is a quiet and peaceful hilltop retreat in which you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of this historic area. Our quiete place is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains at the Grasslands High Desert.
