Petras Estate is a collection of 3 bespoke / high end villa’s situated in (on the outskirts of) the beach town, of Skala Eressos on the South West coast of Lesvos. The beach has an EU Blue Flag award and is one of the most beautiful on the island Our Villas and the surrounding landscape, natural open spaces, are designed for guests who crave privacy, tranquillity, elegance, harmony and balance. The Rock

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

Lotros maisonette suite

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.

Our house, “iki oda bir avlu”, is situated in the beautiful, fishing village of Babakale, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. This historic village dates back to the 14th Century, and is famous for its castle, the last one built during the Ottoman Empire.
