The cottage is also conveniently situated on a central street just a few minutes from the Market District, the river path, the University of Oregon, and downtown. Come stay in our small guest home and enjoy the custom wood details, vintage pieces, and Japanese influence complementary of Oregon's natural beauty. Everyone is welcome to stay here.

Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The property is 15 minutes to the University of Oregon, and Wine Country. And a short 25 minute drive SW of the cabin are the Why-pass Mt Bike Trails.

Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Private & quiet with A/C. An Airbnb favorite! :-) Note: Rates vary based on demand. Summer/winter rates differ.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

The house has a private entrance and lots of off street parking. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a fully fenced private yard where you and your dog can hang out around the fire-pit and stargaze. If you are bringing your pets, please add them to your reservation, so we can prepare for them.

We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!
