This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Cosy cottage next to the ocean facing the fiord

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is a rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people and a couch that also can fit two people

Jon's Apartment

Small Studio-apartment located in Miðvágur. The apartment is located in a quiet enviroment, around 300 meter walk to grocery-store, resturant and a gas-station. It takes around 45 minutes to hike to Trælanípa and Bøsdalafossur from the apartment. And around 15 minutes drive to Gásadalur and the ferry to Mykines and 10 minutes drive to the airport.
