There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

Located minutes from MSU campus and walking distance to downtown Lansing. The apartment has everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.

Our Tiny house is a place to retreat from the hussle and bustle of your busy life. It's a place to relax, read, reflect, rest and reset. We live in the main house and the TinyHouse is on the back of our detached garage. This is a private space with your own kitchen and bathroom. We are available for anything you might need, however we will respect your privacy and your space.

You have entire second floor; living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, WiFi, cable TV. Laundry room in basement, large backyard. Easy access to MSU by bus or walking. We share the front door, you walk through living room to the door to the apartment. NO CLEANING FEE OR SECURITY DEPOSIT. It is legal to park on the street overnight. Lansing is Eastern Time Zone.
