The monthly rent from October to May does NOT include services (water, gas and electricity). A deposit of €150 must be left in advance until the invoices are received. Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!
