Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and cable TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Bodega House

Welcome to Bodega House! We can’t wait to host you at our charming 1920s farmhouse in Los Alamos. Please note that we’re currently making some updates to the house. At this time, there is one queen bed available, and the second bedroom has been arranged as a lounge. The space comfortably accommodates two guests, with a sofa bed available — perfect for a child or extra guest. Our wine and beer garden, Bodega, is next door. Stop by and relax with a glass of wine during Bodega’s business hours.

Relaxing, cozy beach-themed retreat designed for beauty & comfort. If having a restful and comfortable place to stay is important to you, as well as saving money, than this is the place for you. As 13-time Superhosts we have provided everything you may need for a great stay. The space is sparkling clean & offers the softest of linens, blackout curtains, extra pillows and soft blankets. Decorated with colors and decor of the ocean, we are sure you will feel all your worries drift away.

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Our cozy one bedroom guesthouse is the perfect spot for couples or families to enjoy the beautiful Santa Ynez valley. From the Tuft and Needle mattress to the outdoor patio, the entire space is designed to offer peace and comfort as you explore the Santa Ynez Valley. The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.

At our special spot, you get the best of both worlds: clean, modern and comfortably appointed tiny home on an oak-studded ranch surrounded by nature. Close enough to town, beaches, wineries, and restaurants for convenience while being far enough away to relax.
