It is steps from Joe's Place, Goblin Custom Cycle, and Firehouse Winery. Stay at this cozy cottage with ample parking which is minutes from Geneva State Park & Marina. Go to the beach, go fishing, rent a golf cart, or just walk the strip and eat, drink, or shop!

Fully remodeled in 2023 LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access to Lake Erie. Lake viewable from Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Mar-2023 all New Windows, Bathroom doubled (2x) in size, new 12K AC. 2021-Hickory hardwood floors,, shower, hot water heater, oven, kitchen table/chairs, king size mattress, sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Catch a shuttle at The Lodge to visit wineries or a gorgeous sunset at the lakefront trail. Just a short walk to the famous "Strip" but away from the noise. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway down to lakeshore. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities.
