Located in the heart of the Sunset District, the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Park are within walking distance (as well as other parks like Pine Lake, Stern Grove, and the Reservoir Park). The Sunset is also home to many restaurants, coffee/boba shops, and bakeries. We are 2 blocks away from the L light rail line and the 29 bus, offering access to SF downtown, the zoo, and other neighborhoods.

Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest suite in the Outer Richmond. Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park 3 blocks down the hill. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

There is a living area with comfy chairs and ample desk space, plus a dining table and chairs for sharing simple meals. We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 13 years ago.

While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

Golden Gate Park & Beach Getaway!

Cozy large studio apartment with a separate extra bonus room, private entrance, kitchen, bathroom w/ shower and access to our beautiful backyard. Easy/Free street parking, directly across from GGP, 8 blocks to the beach & 2 to public transport. Very safe & quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 4 comfortably, perfect for families with children or 3-4 adults. We do not rent to guests 25 years and under. Parents with kids are welcome!
