Cornerstone House, Sophisticated Gem in West End

Built in the 1820's as part of the New Town and West End, the property is in Edinburgh's World Heritage site and is a Grade A listed building. It has been renovated to maintain many of its original features whilst maintaining a contemporary feel. The whole apartment has an open feel due to the large, open door ways, extra high ceilings, wide hallway and wide plank French oak flooring throughout. The huge, living / dining area is perfect for dinner parties and the beautiful, designer kitchen is also a great place to socialise while cooking. 4 very large bedrooms , 3 with super king size beds, one with a kingsize bed. One of the larger rooms has the alternative option of 2 single beds. Hotel quality bed linen and towels provided. 2 modern bathrooms, one en-suite from the master bedroom with a walk in shower. The other has both walk in shower, large standalone bath tub and has its own music system to help you relax while you soak. 24 Hour check-in The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator so may be unsuitable for anybody who has difficulties climbing stairs. Super fast wifi, cable TV, over 200 channels, sport, movies, Netflix, catch up TV etc. Video entry system. Sonos music systems in all the rooms, just connect to the wifi, download the Sonos app and you are ready to go. You can play different music in each room, all controlled from your phone. Set in a Georgian building in Edinburgh’s historic West End, a stone’s throw from the upscale boutiques, acclaimed restaurants, and lively pubs that cluster around Princes Street. Museums like the Scottish National Gallery are a short walk away. The tram service to/from the airport is about 3 mins walk - 'West End Princess Street' stop. You can walk most places in Edinburgh, however if you don't feel like it there are many taxi's and Uber works well in the city. Buses run along the adjacent street or take a short stroll to Princes street and catch one there. Parking is notoriously bad in the city although there are plenty of 'pay and display' places on the street directly outside. A cheaper option would be to pre-book a nearby NCP car park. Parking on sundays is free, for now!

Penthouse flatlet with terrace by Clapham Junction

Cosy penthouse flatlet, top floor, own entrance & very private. Consists of a bright airy room; dedicated desk, chair & extra screen; bathroom & amazing terrace. No kitchen/lounge but there is coffee/tea & quiet bar fridge. The door at the back connects to our flat but this will be locked & not in use during your stay. Situated in fantastic neighbourhood close to Clapham Junction, less than 30mins to central London. Complimentary cleaning for longer stays. Gated off-street parking (£15/day).

Flat location excellent for after concert at the O2, saves at least an hour as you are queuing to go east whilst 80% are going west on Jubilee Line. Nearest station is Canning Town-Jubilee Line Tube and Docklands Light Railway Station literally a 3-5 minutes’ walk away. London City Airport-3 stops/about 6 minutes away from the DLR.

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.
