Stylish and unique duplex in a fantastic location with sea views. 50sqm exterior balcony with a bbq, outdoor dining area and sun loungers for soaking up the rays. The lounge has a large flat screen smart tv and a log burner. We have a brand new fully stocked kitchen and separate utility. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own en suite facilities and we also have a house bathroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. We have 2 Kayaks and bikes for the outdoor enthusiasts.
